   COLUMBUS GROVE – Kenneth “Ken” E. Inbody, 60, of Columbus Grove died at 6:28 p.m. on Sunday, January 7, 2018 at St. Rita’s Putnam County Ambulatory Care Center, Glandorf.

   He was born April 14, 1957 in Lima to the late Eugene and Evelyn (Schimmoeller) Inbody.  On October 22, 1977, he married Pam Maag who survives in Columbus Grove.

   Survivors also include four children, Stacy Inbody of Kalida, Eric (Andrea) Inbody of Noblesville, IN, and Tyler (Fiancee Samantha Karalunas) Inbody and Ryan Inbody, both of Columbus Grove; two granddaughters, Nicole and Brooklyn; and three siblings, Sandy (Dennis) Utrup, Kevin Inbody, and Micki (Craig) Stechschulte, all of Columbus Grove.

   Ken retired as a transport driver from Marathon Petroleum, Findlay.  He attended St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Columbus Grove and was a member of Fremont Moose in Indiana.  He loved riding his Harley,  listening to live music especially Big Caddy Daddy, and boating with his family at Coldwater Lake, Michigan where he also enjoyed going to the sandbar. 

   Funeral Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Columbus Grove with Deacon Don Siefker officiating.  Burial will follow in Harman Cemetery, Gilboa.  Visitation will be Wednesday 2 to 8 p.m. and Thursday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. 

   Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or Ronald McDonald House.

Pam,
It's hard to understand why loved ones are taken from us, but find comfort in knowing you were a special part of such a well-lived life. So sorry I could not hug you at the funeral. My heart aches for you and your family. Prayers that God gives you strength.
