I would like to say how sorry I was to hear of Matthew's passing. I met Matthew while he was a resident of Fox Run. My sister also lives there. On my weekly visits we would play dominoes together. I enjoyed when Matthew would join us. He always kept the game lively with his wit and his positive attitude. Matthew will be missed at Fox Run.

We were so sorry to hear of Matt's passing. He was an enthusiastic and talented singer. In spite of his difficulties he was always good company in the years we traveled to Millstream Singers together. I remember particularly the fun we had together at the Big Sing in Marquette, Michigan, when we sang Shakespeare's Sonnet 29. You have our deepest sympathy.

Matt was a good friend we both knew at BGSU. I, Jaime, knew Matt from the Honors Student Association, and Liam knew him from Men's Chorus. Liam says Matt has joined the great chorus of angels! Matt had the sweetest disposition; always loving and generous, with smiles and hugs all around! Matt, you will be missed. Love, Jaime and Liam

My deepest sympathy for the loss of Matt. It was an honor to have him as a friend and classmate. Will always have the memories of track and wrestling. I enjoyed seeing him at Walmart and Meier's. No surprise he brightened the days of those around him. Prayers and thoughts are with you.

Marcella and Family, we are so sorry for your loss. Matt was such a pleasant and kind person. Over the years we crossed paths at Meijer and around town and always spoke with him. About 4 years ago we helped a friend move to Fox Run Assisted Living and were surprised to see him there. We can tell you he was such a joy to the residents there! They miss him a lot. Our friend, Donna, will always remember the last time she talked with him. He took her hand and kissed it as if to say goodbye. Hugs and prayers to all of you.

Never knew a stranger, always had a smile and left whoever he was talking to with a smile on their face too.
